Faith is one of the six foundational paths because it was a core part of Troy’s own restoration. The program is spiritually grounded, but it’s not a church program or a denomination-specific course. People of faith and people still searching are both welcome here. What matters is your willingness to do the work.

You can expect to invest 20–45 minutes per day. Some days involve reading and reflection, others involve guided exercises, journaling, or community interaction. The goal is meaningful daily progress — not overwhelm. Life happens, and we build that into the design of the program.
